  • Shipping & Delivery

    Estimated delivery dates are provided to customers via an email confirmation after your order has been placed. An email will be received from Laborimpex when product has been shipped and once received by the customer to ensure the order has been correctly processed and handled. Product shipping time may vary due to product availability and based upon shipping method available. For any concerns, please refer to your shipping information provided with estimated delivery date, confirmation of shipment or notification of delivery emails from Laborimpex. For further concerns contact Laborimpex customer service. Laborimpex works hard to ensure quality products are shipped and delivered within a timely manner. We appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with future orders.

    With a minimum purchase of 300 euro or more at Laborimpex.be, shipping is no cost to you. This offer applies only to standard shipping in Belgium. Offer is not valid for products that require special transport conditions and they are classified as "Dangerous Goods".

    Dangerous Goods include, but are not limited to, materials that are flammable, combustible, corrosive, reactive, oxidizing, toxic, radioactive, infectious, asphyxiating, elevated in temperature, or compressed, including aerosol cans. Dry ice is also included in this category.

    At this time we are unable to ship all products we sell in Belgium to other countries. Laborimpex will provide shipping services to your country ony for certain products, following your accept of our price quotation and after the reception of your payment of our proforma invoice.     Laborimpex’s website and services are not intended for, or designed to attract, individuals under the age of 18. Laborimpex does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 18.

    Laborimpex will not sell, rent, or give away any of your personal information without your consent. It is our overriding privacy principle that any personal information you provide to us is just that: personal and private. We do not presume that you are granting us permission to share your personal information with third parties wanting to sell you products or services that you have not requested. In order for us to provide some of the services we do we may on occasion need to provide information you supply us to external parties. When this is necessary we will provide you explicit notice and the ability to opt-out.   • Returns & Replacements

    We hope you are satisfied with every Laborimpex purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us so that we can help you resolve the issue. If there is a question about product use one of our experts may be able to answer your concerns and resolve your problem. 

    We offer a money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all of our products provided that:

      • You contact us within 14 days of receiving the product(s)
      • They are in their original, unopened and unused condition when we receive them
      • You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We will refund the same card used for payment.

    Please follow the 3 steps below to return items to Laborimpex:

    • Obtain a refund or replacement form: Email our customer support team on order(at)laborimpex.be to obtain a form to complete;
    • Send the products for refund or replacement back to us: S.A. LABORIMPEX N.V., Rue des Alliés – Bondgenotenstraat 78 -80, Bruxelles 1190 Busse, Belgium. The package must contain: the completed refund/replacement form and the product(s) in their original packaging (make sure to wrap them securely);
    • Refund or replacement processing: We will process your return as quickly as possible, however during busy periods, please allow a maximum of 7 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed. If you are returning a faulty item within 14 days, we will refund you the cost of the return postage if we conclude that the product is defective.

  • Ordering

    Online orders may be placed anytime through our secure server. Orders processing:

    • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays);
    • Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day;

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Our online payment options presently available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure:

      • Credit Card payments are made directly through a SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. Credit Cards Accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Laborimpex Online Gift Cards;
      • Bank Transfer Payment;
      • Cash On Delivery: Only for order below 300 euro.

    At Laborimpex we are committed to offering you the best possible prices. We will be glad to meet our competitor's pricing if you ever find an item that we offer, available from a similar retailer please contact us to place your order. We are unable to match prices from auctions or other retailers' discount promotions, shipping offers and gift card offers. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.

    We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a “Promotion”) through the Services that may require registration.
