Product Description
Combined specimen holder for 90° cross sections of wafers or thin samples up to 6.35mm and a pin stub at 45°. Made of aluminium with stainless steel set screws. Allen wrench included. Extended Button (AG15372-10) is needed when used with the Dovetail Stage Adapters (AG15371 or AG15397).
