Group Size:

For 10 lab groups

Time Required:

PCR Setup - 10 minutes
PCR - 90 minutes
Electrophoresis - 30 minutes
Staining - 5 minutes to overnight

Instructions, PCR EdvoBeads™, LyphoPrimer™ Mix, DNA Standard Marker, Ultra-pure Water, LyphoTemplate™, TE Buffer, UltraSpec-Agarose™, 50X Electrophoresis Buffer, FlashBlue™ Stain, SYBR® Safe DNA Stain, Microcentrifuge & PCR Tubes.

All You Need:

DNA Electrophoresis, Thermal Cycler, Micropipettes: 5-50 µl, UV or Blue Light Transilluminator, White Light Box, (3) Water Baths (if performing experiment without a Thermal Cycler), Microcentrifuge & Microwave or Hot plate.
