For 10 lab groups
Time Required:
PCR Setup - 10 minutes
PCR - 30 minutes
Electrophoresis - 30 minutes
Staining - 5 minutes to overnight

Instructions, PCR EdvoBeads™, LyphoPrimer™ Mix, EdvoQuick™ DNA Ladder, LyphoTemplate™ Lambda DNA, TE Buffer, UltraSpec-Agarose™, Electrophoresis Buffer (50X), SYBR® Safe Stain, FlashBlue™ Stain, Microcentrifuge & PCR Tubes.
All You Need:
DNA Electrophoresis, Thermal Cycler, Micropipettes: 5-50 µl, UV or Blue Light Transilluminator, (2) Water Baths (if performing experiment with a Thermal Cycler), White Light Box (optional), Microcentrifuge & Microwave or Hot plate.
