ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
This 50-fold concentrated Tris-Acetate EDTA buffer (TAE), pH 7.8-8.0, has been optimized for agarose gel electrophoresis of nucleic acids. One volume of buffer is added to every 49 volumes of distilled or deionized water to prepare 1x working electrophoresis buffer.
