You Need:
Electrophoresis apparatus & power supply, automatic micropipette with tips, balance, microwave or hot plate, water bath, incubation oven, pipet pumps or bulbs, pipets, floating Racks for microtest tubes, lab glassware, plastic wrap, distilled or deionized water, NaCl, NaOH, Concentrated HCl, ice.
